As you might guess, "as for me and my house"... comes from a scripture passage. Some of you may know where to find it. I have always loved the message of this scripture and as I get older I find that it must be the truth that I live by. When I wake up each day and when I lay my head down at night there is only one way for me to experience the abundant life and that is "by serving the Lord." And so... I hope that you will feel that my blog reflects the abundant life of our home. I want to include "thoughts for the day, recipes, pictures, fun ideas, and even some poetry." In small and simple ways I hope this blog will speak to your heart and help you feel that you are ... "here, with me."
