Oh No! Lauren, you're sitting on Grandma's teensy weensy tiny chair. Be Careful!
We were pretty ambitious last year in constructing a playhouse for the grand children and getting in a garden as well. For us the Squash was as high as an elephant's eye. We had never seen such huge squash plants before.
Yeah Franklin! You did it! We couldn't be more proud of Frank and his wonderful family. Sara has been a rock as Frank has started over in a new field. He is doing so well. His professors love him. He's discovered hidden talents he didn't know he had and he's staying steadfast through it all. He and his family will be headed for Arizona in the fall where he will continue with his doctorate.
Little Sterling was not destined to be little for long. We have witnessed him grow from such a fragile little newborn to a chub overnight. You would never know he was born with a heart defect.
Sterling was blessed on Christmas Day 2011. It fell on a Sunday, and since he needed to stay at home for awhile before he could get out Audrey and Andy set the time so we could all be together.
Our new little one, at the Phoenix Children's Hospital with a heart defect. He sustained open heart surgery just 4 days after he was born, and was out of the hospital within 2 weeks. He's quite the little guy. He was named Sterling Cooper.
